    • The serial number records indicate the weapon (S\/N DR21437) was purchased by Andrew Fine.<\/li>\n
    • Five (5) rounds were found in the weapon, which holds a total of eight (8) rounds.<\/li>\n
    • The five (5) rounds found in the weapon are consistent in caliber, manufacturer, and type with the three (3) spent casings recovered at the scene (Ev. # 002223-B01 through 002223-B03).<\/li>\n
    • The five (5) rounds found in the weapon are consistent with .45 ACP Federal 230gr Hydra-Shok JHP ammunition.<\/li>\n
