I received the attached search warrant July 15, 2014 and have executed it as follows:

  • 002223-08: One (1) sofa back cushion, stained

  • 002223-09 through 002223-65: Fifty-seven (57) Budweiser® beer bottles, empty

  • 002223-66: One (1) 750-ml Jack Daniels bourbon whiskey bottle, empty

  • 002223-67: One (1) 20-count box, .45 ACP Federal 230gr Hydra-Shok JHP ammunition, 4 rounds remaining

  • 002223-68: One (1) 10-count box, 12-gauge Remington shotgun shells, #4 shot, 2 shells remaining

  • 002223-69: One (1) white men’s t-shirt, size large, stained

  • 002223-70: One (1) black ladies panties, size large, torn

  • 002223-71: One (1) blue plastic button

  • 002223-72: One (1) glass oil lantern

  • 002223-T01: Samples of brown stain on interior door frame of west entrance to residence

  • 002223-T02: Samples of brown stain on east wall of living room, above sofa

  • 002223-T03: Samples of brown stain on living room floor

  • 002223-T04: Samples of brown stain on kitchen countertop

  • 002223-H01 through 002223-H03: Three (3) 26-cm hairs, black

  • 002223-H04 through 002223-H12: Nine (9) 20-cm hairs, blonde

  • 002223-H13 through 002223-H16: Four (4) 8-cm hairs, brown

  • 002223-H17 through 002223-H27: Eleven (11) 5-cm hairs, brown and gray

  • 002223-H28 through 002223-H29: Two (2) 4-cm hairs, red

  • 002223-H30 through 002223-H34: Five (5) 2-cm hairs, blonde

  • 002223-H35 through 002223-H41: Seven (7) 1.5-cm hairs, brown and white

Case Number: 002223-14G-2014

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

175 Reagle Farm Road, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, one-story, single-family house owned by Carl Fine, Andrew Fine and Antoinette Fine Walton;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Evidence related to the homicide of Andrew Fine including .45 caliber ACP ammunition, blood, and other trace evidence;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before July 26, 2014 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
